Terms and Conditions 

At little Louth we want to keep all of our customers safe and happy therefore we have some rules to follow to enable this to happen 

We are open seven days a week from 9 till 545 
Our sessions are 2 hours long , we feel this gives enough time for everyone to explore both the ground floor and first floor as well as time to eat and drink.  Between time slots the centre will shut for 15 minutes to allow the rooms to be re set and given a clean before the next sessions start!

 

There is a staff member first aid trained on site please make staff aware of any accidents or hazards you may come across 

Please be patient on arrival as all customers attending will arrive at a similar  time , please don't arrive more than 5 minutes early to a session to allow cleaning time. 

There may be rare occasions where opening times have to change. Every effort will be made via social media and the website to contact those affected.

Little Louth reserves the right to close should there be a risk to the safety and security of visitors and staff.
All children visiting Little Louth must be accompanied by an adult, (18 years+). Children must be supervised by a parent / carer at all times 

Little Louth staff are not responsible for the supervision and behaviour of children. As such, parents/guardians must accept full responsibility for the supervision of their child/children whilst on both floors of Little Louth 

We request that an adult is in an appropriate area to observe the child playing at all times 

Any child or adult causing wilful damage will be liable to pay for any damage caused. 
We reserve the right to ask a person to leave. 

Aggressive behaviour or illegal activity of any kind will not be tolerated. 

A safeguarding policy is in place to protect both staff and customers , any verbal or physical abuse towards our staff or other customers will not be tolerated 

Children or adults who have experienced illness due to the current climate will be advised to not attend a play session at Little Louth, we will be able to re arrange your session 

Only food and drink purchased in the café may be consumed on the premises. 

Only Staff should carry Hot food and drink upstairs
Please come and discuss any allergies with the staff prior to ordering food 

The gated play area is a food free zone, all food or drinks should be consumed in the café seating area 

Please remove all shoes before entering the gated play area 

Little Louth is a smoke free facility and smoking is prohibited anywhere on our site, including the use of e-cigarettes 

Assistance animals only. 

Booking - booking is required for attending a play session , please book and pay on arrival we cannot guarantee entry without.

Admission price does not include food and drink 

Visitors can take photographs of their own children only for personal, private, non-commercial purposes only.   

With consent, Little Louth may opt to share photographs of children playing on our website, social media or promotional materials. 

Little Louth has a CCTV system in all areas  in use for safety and security, day and night as well as to assist in identifying and prosecuting any offenders. 

Any loss or damage of personal items is not the responsibility of Little Louth
